Giveaway Starts February 16th, 2015 and Ends February 20th, 2015 at 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Winner will be announced on Monday February 23rd, 2015 on the blog and on Sprouting Healthy Habit’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (winner will not be announced on Pinterest) and winner will be picked at random
Prize Winner will be required to provide a name, physical address, and possibly phone number in order to obtain their prize (the information provided will in no way be shared with any third parties, except for the shipping service I choose to use (I have to send it somehow 🙂 the phone number is just in case I need to call with any problems or concerns related to the prize
Prize Winner will have 72 hours from the time of the winner announcement to provide information mentioned above. Failure to due so will result in forfeiting the prize and a new winner will be chosen
Prize will be shipped at my earliest convenience

You must live within the continental United States to enter and your shipping address must be within the continental United States

Any other entries (depending on how they were submitted (or which social media site they used) will not be shared with any third parties, any emails, names or other information obtained from anyone entering will only be used by Sprouting Healthy Habits and you will only receive email updates on posts or news letters if you choose to sign up
The odds of winning the prize depend on how many times you enter. The more platforms you enter on the better chance you have of winning
