Funny story about this juice….so one of my clients had seen me drink my ‘green juice’ at work every once and awhile. She asked a little bit about it and she seemed interested. Well one day I had posted on instagram a picture of a juice that wasn’t green. She commented that she really wanted to try this but wasn’t quiet ready for the daunting ‘green juice’. 🙂 I thought it was totally great of her to go out of her box and try juicing for the first time. She loved this juice! I don’t blame her for being a little timid of the green juice because it can take some getting used to. But that is what I love about juicing…it is so customizable. If you are new to juicing try it with some of your favorite produce and you will be sure to enjoy it. This is one of my favorite juice combinations to drink but especially when I am sick. It is chalk full of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. This juice is sure to give your energy, make you feel better and help you build your immune system.

  1. 1 carrot
  2. 1 grapefruit
  3. 1 lemon
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 beet
  6. a couple of strawberries (optional)
  7. 1 small sliver of ginger
  1. Wash and chop all ingredients. Juice and enjoy:)
